I am an attorney with Fitzwater Meyer Hollis & Marmion, LLP. My practice includes trust and probate administration, estate planning, and special needs planning.
My practice is focused on being accessible and easily approachable so that I can help ease the concerns and stress that often accompany someone’s passing or incapacity. I strive to help my clients understand complex issues by providing a step-by-step explanation as well as a “big picture” overview. At the end of the day, I want clients to fully understand and feel comfortable with their fiduciary responsibilities or their estate plan.
Prior to joining FMHM, I assisted clients with probate and trust administration in Washington. In addition, I represented clients in guardianships, special needs disability planning and estate planning. I also have prior litigation and negotiation experience gained through representing local and national employers with workers compensation and employment-related issues.
In my free time I enjoy running, playing softball, and hiking with my husband and our dog.
